I will keep you on track, push you

out safely to get the results you want. After an initial
consultation and detailed fitness assessment, I will
guide you step-by-step through a workout designed specifically
for your fitness level and goals. Using innovative
training techniques and by incorporating progressive
overload with incremental increases each session, clients
see progress every workout. These small gains from
workout to workout total up to amazing results! Keeping
up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you
have
a friend
who
is committed to doing the same. Small group training
makes it possible for individuals with similar goals
to work with a personal trainer. If you have ever
wanted to work with a personal trainer, but felt you
just
couldn't afford it, this is just what you need.

5 - 1 hour Sessions: $52.00/Session

10 - 1 hour Sessions: $47.00/Session

Mileage
will apply for in-home training to locations farther

minute drive from the Fityou Facility.

Premium is charged on Holidays and weekends
All package fees must be paid prior
to commencement of sessions to ensure confirmation
of your selections.
Price per session depends on session
package purchased and any additional
travel cost + GST.
Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty for training sessions
cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled training
time. Failure to show up to a scheduled training session
or tardiness of more than 30 minutes will result in
the loss of your training session. Please keep in mind
that sessions must be completed within the following
time frames.
5 sessions - 1 month
10 training
sessions - 2 months
20 training sessions - 4 months
This policy is in effect to encourage
commitment to your fitness program.
