Fitness Bootcamp
Welcome
to the ultimate workout. This total body workout
is designed to challenge your balance, strength,
agility and aerobic capacity. This class combines
high repetition weight training with aerobic
conditioning. It will tone and condition your
body, can help you to lose weight and ultimately
change your body shape, all in record time.
This class utilizes a variety of equipment
such as Bosu balance trainers, kettlebells, bodybars,
stability balls, medicine balls, grappling bags, gliders,
hand weights and resistance bands.
Outdoor exercises include:
short distance running, resistance training,
weight training, flexibility training, skipping,
crunches, boxing, obstacle courses, sports drills, hill
running, agility and power drills, medicine ball
work, stair climbing, partner drills, circuit
training, relay races, and much more.
This class is an
efficient
and effective
way to get a full body workout at your own intensity
level. The Fityou Bootcamp is ideal for
any fitness level as you can work at
your own pace. (1 hour unless otherwise noted)
