Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a 5000 year old system of personal growth that deals with strength, health and well-being of the total person - body, mind and spirit. It is a philosphy, a way of living more fully, not a religion. The practice combines physical exercise, in the form of asanas (postures), with awareness, concentration, and relaxation techniques.

Students leave this beginner/intermediate class feeling strong, toned, stretched, relaxed, and centered. (90 minutes)

Instructor:

Sherry Lawson: a student of Integral Yoga since 1988, is a certified yoga instructor. A graduate of a two year Yoga teaching Training Program, she has been conducting classes in the Halton Hills and Caledon areas since 1996.

11 week session $132.00
6 week session $72.00 when taken with any other (one hour) class
Drop-in classes are also available for $15/class - book ahead

Session may be joined after the start date, provided space is available.
Missed classes may be made up any time during the session. NO REFUNDS. Classes are non transferable.le.
