Do
you want a well proportioned body, better speed, and

Each class lasts for one hour. The lesson
begins with a warm-up followed by kicking, punching
and blocking; either in the 'air', or onto focus mitts
and hand held kick shields. All classes will conclude
with strength, abdominal and back exercises followed
by stretching.
New techniques are introduced week by
week. Starting from a beginner’s level. The first
classes should be treated as a starting block. Fitness
will undoubtedly improve within the first few weeks
as the body is strengthened and conditioned.
