Group Personal Training
We provide group personal training rather than fitness classes. Group personal training is done in small groups of 3-10 people. You get a fun and inexpensive alternative to 1-on-1 training, with all the benefits of individual instruction and supervision.

Team Training: Fityou can provide dry-land training for teams such as hockey, soccer, football, and lacrosse. We aim to give your team the edge it needs in developing players to become fit, strong and well balanced athletes. Interval and station training is specifically designed to improve cardio conditioning, core strength, agility, speed, and power. Doing this training together as a team is fun, challenging, and collaborative and our studio provides a great environment to make it all come together!

Aquafit:
This 60 minute high intensity
low impact class is designed to develop overall
cardio health and endurance while improving strength,
flexibility and muscle tone through aquatic resistance
training. This
class is what you need to get your heart rate
up and your pounds down!
Finish this
workout feeling completely revitalized. Open to all levels.
Swim skills are not required. This class moves in doors when the weather is unsuitable to be in a swimming pool. (Summer only).

Aquafit Gentle: This class is designed for people who have joint or movement issues, or those who are looking to exercise at an easier pace. Participants work at a pace that is comfortable for their body and abilities. The focus is on continuous movement in the water, with minimal pain, and the opportunity to increase the heart rate in a fun and musical environment!
Swim skills are not required. Summer only.
Finished for the season
Gentle Fit: Improve your range of motion, balance and flexibility, and increase muscle strength while reducing pain and physical deterioration. This 30 minute class is suitable for those with special medical limitations. Chair exercises are an option.

Golf Conditioning: NEW Learn exercises the Pros are doing during this golf specific strength and flexibility class. In order to improve performance in any sport, training must be specific to the demands of the game involved. Strength, power, flexibility, balance, core stability, body awareness and even endurance are all physical traits that every consistent golfer must possess. If you would like to improve consistency, accuracy, distance, and scoring, reduce or eliminate lower back pain, increase your range of motion, reduce the incidence of injuries occurring due to lack of flexibility and improve your shoulder turn and trunk rotation this class is for you. (1 hour)

Meditation: In this introduction to meditation we will explore the fundamentals of directed attention, mindfulness, and restful awarenesss. sessions will be one hour long, and, as well as sitting, will involve dialogue on various traditions and our experiences and progress.

Stroller Bootcamp: This workout includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. Benefit from the camaraderie of other parents in your community while getting in a high intensity full body workout.
Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a water bottle. You do not need a jogging stroller. For safety reasons, mobile babies & tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/mom's arms until core work.
Stroller fitness is a safe and effective way for you to get out and get fit with your baby always at arms reach! Take advantage of the fresh air and sunshine while you tone, strengthen and stretch. Enjoy the opportunity to connect with your baby and other parents! (1 hour)

Stetch & Strength: Stretching is an often overlooked but extremely important component of a balanced fitness regimen. Participating in our stretch and strength classes will help you to learn the proper techniques for stretching to increasing your flexibility and avoid unnecessary injury. Ultimately, this will result in better posture.
This class will focus on building core strength and whole body flexibility – it will make you feel great! Those with experience in this class will enjoy more challenges each week, while new participants will get comfortable with the beginner moves and progress into more difficult moves.
Each class will begin with a warm-up, and move through a series of strengthening exercises using body weight, bands, light weights and various other equipment. Each muscle group will be stretched in a safe and thorough way. Watch your posture change as you start to stand taller and use your abdominal and back muscles more effectively.
Learn to breathe through stretches and feel your muscles lengthen and relax. Leave each class feeling strong and relaxed. This class is accessible to participants of any gender, age, or physical ability.
Stretching, when performed incorrectly can put one at risk of injury. We will guide you through each step to ensure success and safety.

20-20-20: an intense combination of 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning and 20 minutes of core training or stretching.
The 20 minute sections of this class will vary from kickboxing, step, bosu training, weight training, slosh tube, the BEAT, TRX and more. It’s a whole body workout — so you’re getting a cardio, muscle and core workout.

The Beat - Drum your way to fitness: This workout will have you rocking and rolling while burning mega calories (up to 600 in this class) and having a ton of fun. It is like taking part in a jam session while you exercise. It doesn't feel like a workout; it is more like play. If you like to play the drums or secretly dream of being the drummer in a rock band, this could be your chance to get out, get sweaty and live the dream!
Can't carry a tune or stay on beat? No problem! We will help you find the right rhythm while you beat on a stability ball with drum sticks. So what if you're off beat? You'll still be working up a sweat.
Burn fat, tone,reduce stress, improve coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.
The BEAT is less dancy than Zumba, but way more fun than a traditional sculpting session and a great way to release your inner rock star. If you like loud music and a party atmosphere for getting your sweat on, this is a class is for you.
