Tone your abs, butt, lower back & thighs. Work at your own pace to isolate these problem areas. This 30 minute conditioning class is geared for all fitness levels.

6 week session $30.00 (when taken with any other session)

Drop-in classes are also available for $10/class - book ahead

Sessions may be joined after the start date, provided space is available.
Missed classes may be made up any time during the session. NO REFUNDS. Classes are non transferable.
